This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About the role:
At Enphase, we are working on setting up and scaling an in-house lead generation team. The Performance Marketing experts will be the pillars of this team with in-depth experience on biddable platforms. They will partner with Media Planners, Creative teams, CROs and other stakeholders across company to drive lead generation on their platform of expertise. Their focus will be on generating leads for the US market.
What you will do:
- Paid lead generation for US (all states) across Biddable Platforms (Facebook, Google etc.)
- Develop account strategy and be accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs
- Hands-on campaign setup and management of paid campaigns on at least but not limited to one digital channel amongst Google, Facebook + Instagram, Bing
- Day-to-day campaign monitoring and optimization including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages, and more
- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures KPIs are met on time and on budget
- Coordinate with the creative team to get creatives & ad-copy made for ads
- Evaluate new and relevant biddable platforms to expand lead generation potential
Who you are and what you bring:
- Graduate/MBA 5-10 years of hands-on paid campaign and media-budget management experience
- Proven experience in running performance campaigns in at least one platform - Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, Programmatic
- Prior experience in managing and optimizing campaigns for Lead Gen & Conversion. Agency experience is a plus
- Experience in running (BLS) Brand Lift Study/R& F campaigns across digital channels would be a plus
- High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders
